Illawarra’s Trusted NDIS Service Provider
Absolute Coastal Care is an NDIS service provider in Warilla, established in 2021 by its owners Grant and Melissa. The services we provide, and the level of quality-care is based on our foundational values of trust, respect, communication and the provision of high-quality care as a necessity to each of our services.
Our goal is to provide the best care in the Illawarra region, through the services we provide for clients.
Director and Founder Melissa
Absolute Coastal Care co-founder and director Melissa, has been working in the disability sector for over 20 years. Melissa has a gift for interacting with participants with mental health, and all levels of disability. She is highly experienced in communicating with her participant in many various ways.
Working her way up over the years from key support work, case worker, 2IC, to eventually running multiple houses with participants with Huntington’s disease. Melissa is extremely passionate and has a keen interest in supporting participants who are living with Huntington disease, Cerebral palsy and challenging behaviours.
