Our story
Absolute Coastal Care began with a simple frustration — watching support become a roster of strangers. We believed care works best when the people running the organisation are close enough to know every participant by name.
So we built a boutique provider and kept it that way. Our leadership team remains actively involved in the day-to-day delivery of our services, across the Illawarra, the Southern Highlands and Regional NSW.
With years of experience in the disability sector, we understand that quality support means much more than completing daily tasks — it means empowering people to achieve their goals, build independence and enjoy a meaningful, fulfilling life.
