Southern Highlands

The Southern Highlands has its own rhythm — village life, real winters and longer distances between the things you need. Support that works in the city doesn’t always translate up here, which is why our Highlands team is built around consistency and travel that’s planned, not squeezed in.

We support participants from Mittagong and Bowral through Moss Vale to Bundanoon and the villages between — at home, in supported living and out in the community.

Highlands life shapes the supports themselves: community access might be the Tulip Time festival, the Bong Bong markets, a men’s shed in Robertson or simply a reliable lift to appointments in Bowral when the weather turns.

Families tell us the hardest part of regional support is turnover — a new face every month. Because we’re boutique and locally run, we match a small, steady team to each participant, and it stays that way.
